We are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available IT Training & Reporting Analyst for an opportunity located in Joliet IL.

General Summary

Plan and facilitate the Information Technology department’s user training programs for employees. Teach new functionality or strengthen a user’s existing skills via the most appropriate learning environment: on-the-job training, classroom training, or e-learning. Recommend, implement and manage process and service improvements and training to ensure delivery of quality and a high level of satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze requirements and select appropriate methods for delivering training while maintaining

  • global consistency.

  • Identify and evaluate trends and makes recommendations for improvement of processes and service

  • delivery to ensure high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and publish content to IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledgebase, self-service portal and

  • training systems.

  • Prepare and analyze metrics reports and develop dashboards to demonstrate training effectiveness and

  • identify training gaps.

  • Develop detailed training plans, create training materials and arrange for appropriate user training to meet

  • business needs and various skill levels.

  • Plan and lead small projects and coordinate tasks and deliverables involving Service Desk staff.

  • Recommend, implement and assure compliance with policy and procedures affecting computing

  • technology.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelors of Information Systems or related areas

  • Minimum of three years' experience providing training and project leadership/management required.

  • Experience in developing and managing knowledge bases and self-service systems.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Commitment to keep up to date with IT trends and developments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language with a high level of confidence.

  • Dynamic and professional with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to facilitate interactions with customers and members of other technology teams.

  • Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects with success.

  • Aptitude to logically assess process issues to recommend necessary improvements.

  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed with keen attention to detail.

  • Occasional travel may be required. Must be able to travel internationally.

  • Required at times to be available for on-call support.

  • Sitting and operation of computer peripherals for extended periods of time.
