This position is responsible for growing and maintaining a profitable region by leveraging CommScope’s portfolio of products, services and core competencies. Will be responsible to generate sales through work with multiple channels and developing a strong sales team in the region.
Responsible to establish the regional strategy and ensure execution of the assigned annual sales. To include partnering with the internal functions to align their strategy and grow the regional revenue
Drive the development of regional leaders and Account sales team through cultural and change management programs to strengthen execution of sales and solution selling
Achieve quarterly and annual sales & margin objectives for the Region though the teams in the region
- Direct activities of Regional Team in collaboration with Sales Directors and Account Managers within the region by providing coaching on account strategies, customer relationships, time and territory management, and expense control
