We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a HR Generalist located in Omaha, NE . Business partnering, responsive client services, flawless execution, and change leadership are the cornerstones for field Human Resources at CommScope. Working with a team of experienced HRBPs and growing COE's, this hands-on role will provide HR leadership and consultation to business leaders and managers on talent management, compensation, staffing, coaching/development/training, employee relations and policy interpretation and administration. This role supports a multi-functional office and is responsible for providing innovative HR solutions a with a focus on driving success and meeting business objectives.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
In-depth, hands-on generalist experience focused on talent management, compensation, staffing, coaching/development/training/onboarding, employee relations and training/development
Ensure policies, procedures, programs and reporting are administered and in compliance with federal and state regulations and corporate polices
Researches, analyzes, and presents information. Uses internal and external sources to develop, monitor, and understand metrics that measure trends in the workforce.
Collaborate effective and participate in a team environment
Detail oriented, superior prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines
·Strong demonstrated problem solving skills
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to write and present to all levels
·Customer focused and experienced in working with all levels, internally and externally
·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
intermediate level experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; HRIS skills highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years human resource generalist and/or business partner experience
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Certification of PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred
Management coaching skills preferred
Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma/Kaizen methodologies preferred
