Requirements:

1.通信/电子相关专业大专以上学历,三年以上测试/工程或同等程度经验;

Communication/Electrical technical school or above, 3 years working experience on test/engineering

2.熟悉射频测量仪器,如网络分析仪,信号源,频谱仪,功率计等;

Familiar with RF measurement instruments, Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter etc

3.熟悉射频测试参数,如增益,衰减,回损,驻波,交调,邻道干扰等;

Familiar with RF test parameter, Gain, Loss, return loss, VSWR, IMD

4.熟悉自动测试站位的搭建,校准,维护等;

Test station setup, calibration, maintenance

5.能够读懂电路原理图并作分析,有trouble shooting 和Debug 经验和能力

Familiar with schematic, troubleshooting experience

6.流利的中英文口头和书面沟通技巧。团队合作,反应迅速,工作自觉;

Fluent English communication, team work

7.能适应夜班和轮班工作时间。

Able to work in shift

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.产线现场问题分析和处理;

Solve manufacturing/process problem on line.

  1. 协助工程师安装机台,维修产品

Support engineer for test station setup and product troubleshoot

3.测试站位日常维护,校准

Test station daily maintenance ,calibration

Training operator for test skill
