AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take responsibility of development for non-standard automatic machine, including brand new machine development, half automatic machine and tools and existing machine improvement.

Develop the Non-Standard machine

  1. Collect the requirement for building a machine .

  2. Make proposal based on the requirement.

  3. Finish 3D drawing and organize the design review

  4. Create drawing and BOM of machine.

Manage Project of machine development

  1. Write the machine(project) proposal

  2. Control Automatic project milestone.

  3. Writing FRD for automatic project.

  4. Communicate with vendor to make sure the Project is under control

Improve the current machine

Improve the issues existed on the current machine.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical

  2. More than 10 years’ experience in non-standard automatic machine design and tooling/fixture design

  3. Passed CET-4, very good English reading and writing scale

  4. Skilled at office software.

  5. Skilled at Creo(Pro-E) or Solidwork related software

  6. Strong work ethic and a willingness to get the Job done. good at technology innovation

  7. Able to 20% travel

  8. Problem solving,Quick response;pro-active and self-drive;team work, good interpersonal skills
