Provide technical direction to all phases of Process Engineering in order to improve quality, reduce costs and maximize production that will establish the company as a world class low-cost quality producer. Plan, develop, organize, manage, and coordinate specific project assignments in order to present operational data to multiple departments to make better data based decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements of existing systems and platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve solutions to improve efficiencies, reduce scrap, and improve quality.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, and processes; investigating problem areas
Create innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs.
Develop training materials and classes to inform users of how to use programs and applications developed by the group
Bachelors degree in related technical curriculum with a minimum of 0 of 2 years of related experience
