As the Regional Marketing Specialist, at our Hickory, NC or Claremont, NC location, you will be responsible for implementing demand generation marketing campaigns and activities that are aligned to CommScope business and sales objectives for the NAR enterprise market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with to ensure alignment with business, sales and marketing goals.

  • Work closely with Sales and Regional Marketing Manager on the implementation of the marketing plan for the assigned countries/region ensuring alignment with business and sales goals.

  • Responsible for agreed campaign execution leveraging multiple demand generation channels including: in-bound marketing, direct marketing, telemarketing, event marketing, etc.

  • Coordination with Regional Campaign marketing manager to measure the effectiveness & results of global and regional campaigns.

  • Work closely with Regional Channel Marketing Specialist to drive channel marketing programs through local distribution, partners and key alliances, complementing the global/regional programs already in place

  • Development and localization of sales enablement tools including presentations, collateral, success stories etc.

  • Manage usage of budgets

  • Manage campaign reporting to understand the ROI of these programs and campaigns against targets and goals for optimization and continuous improvement in all marketing efforts

  • Responsible for coordination of agreed Corporate Communications and PR initiatives: customer testimonials, blogs, press release distribution, etc.

  • Work closely with the Corporate Brand team to advocate and implement global brand strategy and guidelines

  • Responsible for advancing best practices with the sales team: including lead dispositioning, lead tracking, contact management, sales insights, social marketing and selling etc.

  • Responsible for lead and database management – in-line with the specified best practices and processes

  • Communicate relevant marketing initiatives, events, product announcements, sales enablement tools and resources, etc. to the Sales team

  • Orchestrates internal and external resources necessary to launch marketing programs

  • Participate in regional marketing planning and review calls and meetings

  • Adhere to consistent marketing processes and tool adoption

  • Occasional traveling is required

Required Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing

  • Five or more years marketing experience

  • Experience with project management, negotiation and strong decision-making skills

  • Excellent skills in MS Windows applications

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Demonstrate multi-tasking skills, creativity, and initiative

Preferred Skills

  • Corporate environment preferred

  • Business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience

  • Experience with some marketing automation platforms such as CRM tools

  • Experience operate in a regional, and globally matrixed environment

  • Experience with in-bound marketing, direct marketing, telemarketing, event marketing, collateral development, etc.
