  • Materiality Assessment and Sustainability Reporting

  • Materiality Assessment and Objectives - alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals

  • Assist to develop and maintain Materiality Assessment process - formally document process (stakeholders engagement, sustainability indicators identification and prioritization methodology, input/information collection and evaluation, process resources and frequency), collect information form key stakeholders, evaluate results in materiality matrix.

  • Identify material topics and key performance indicators (KPI's) for updating company CR&S strategy, goals and initiatives and content of the annual Sustainability Report.

  • Assist in developing the annual Sustainability Report and aligning with the globally recognized reporting guidelines and standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, etc.).

  • Monitor material topics and KPI's progress and provide input for the CR&S Dashboard published quarterly - data/information about company performance and progress towards company goals and targets.

  • GHG Emissions Reduction and Reporting, Climate Change

  • Maintain and update the GHG emissions (Scope 1, Scope 2) calculation formulas including emission factors and GWP factors in the company EHS tool/platform, utilizing internationally recognized standards.

  • Develop, implement and maintain process for the GHG emissions (Scope 3) calculation.

  • Review facilities data/input and address discrepancies, calculate the GHG emissions annually.

  • Prepare Climate Change questionnaire answers and GHG emissions data for reporting via CDP annually (investors and supply chain modules).

  • Recommend GHG emissions reduction targets alignment with SBT (science based reduction target) to align with global and industry trends and practices and support the Paris climate agreement and UN Sustainable Development Goals.

  • Supplier Responsibility, Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Compliance Program

  • Maintain and update processes related to CR&S supplier responsibility - update Supplier Sustainability Survey, monitor supplier audit results and CAPA progress and provide data for KPI reporting.

  • Provide input to update policies/procedures/standards related to supplier responsibility to maintain alignment with legal and customer requirements as well as industry trends and best practices.

  • Provide guidance and support to Supplier Quality team including assistance with CR&S customer audits in company supply chain, CAPA follow up and communication.

  • Develop and maintain education and awareness program for CR&S supplier responsibility - SQE's, suppliers.

  • Monitor legal requirements and industry trends regarding Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking (MS&HT), recommend actions to meet the existing and emerging legal requirements as well as customer requirements, and recommend updates for the MS&HT compliance program.

  • Collect data and supporting information for the annual MS&HT disclosure to meet the reporting obligations.

  • Review, provide input/feedback and/or request response from relevant departments to customer requests (e.g. contract review, RFQ, RFP, RFI, etc.), consolidate input and feedback when needed, analyze overall response and report any red flags before providing a formal response to a requestor (internal, external).

  • Assist in preparing data and information for the internal and external communication on CR&S matters - ESC meeting, CoRe Team meeting, hardcopy newsletter, bi-weekly electronic newsletter, intranet pages, internet pages (company website), communication to facilities, communication to corporate departments.

  • Assist the CR&S organization leader in implementing the CR&S strategy, goals and initiatives across the whole company, maintaining and updating CR&S Management System including relevant records, communicating company CR&S performance to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in annual strategic and tactical planning which includes budget review, communication and awareness structure and tools, brainstorming for new initiatives/programs including employee engagement and community involvement, etc.

  • Monitor development in regulatory requirements and industry trends worldwide and provide recommendations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned focused on CR&S, EHS, EPC and Corporate Legal.

  • Pursue the continuous improvement of our tools, practices, methodologies and policies & procedures.

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with management, CR&S team and other departments, facility teams through individual contact and meetings.
