CommScope, Inc. Specialist, HR in Suzhou, China


-Bachelor Degree or above, major in Human Recourse or equivalent specialty

-Minimum of 3 years of HR working experience.

-Good verbal, written and listening English skills; be familiar with Microsoft Office software .

-High senses of responsibility and accountability;

-Familiar with SAP is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Be responsible for recruiting relative high-level position by job analyzing, choosing recruiting channel, selecting resumes, carrying out first-round interview, etc. to ensure timely and effective recruitment.

-Be responsible for collecting recruiting data from web site, Labor Agency, etc., making record and then help to analyze the effectiveness of each recruiting channel.

-Conduct Hourly Employees and Salaried Employees hiring from interview to on boarding.

  • In charge of related HR reports.

-Provide administrative affairs when internal transfer, promotion, demotion, etc. occur.

  • Other HR projects and activities assigned by immediate supervisor.
